Coconut and Walnut Muesli

You can warm the yoghurt mix gently by placing container in a bowl of hot water and once warmed pour over if desired.
MUESLI MIX INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tbsp. almond flakes
- 1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
YOGHURT MIX INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 cup coconut yoghurt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Dash of chilli powder if desired
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Mix the walnuts, pumpkin seeds, almond flakes and sunflower seeds in a small breakfast bowl.
- In a small separate bowl, mix the coconut yoghurt, cinnamon, chilli powder and chia seeds together and let sit for a moment for the chia to swell.
- Spoon the yoghurt mix on top of the muesli mix and stir to combine.
