Shipping Information

SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery of your product(s).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international shipping, please allow 7 – 21 working days for your order to be delivered.

Please Note: International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported to your country. When ordering from advancedsupplementhealth.co.nz, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside of New Zealand may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once a shipment enters the country. From our experience, most foreign customers are not charged when they receive the shipment, however, any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.

Orders and Returns

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply select the product or products you wish to order and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. This will add the product to your shopping cart.  Once you have finished shopping you can then review your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout.  At checkout, you can enter your delivery address and details or choose to login into your account if you have one.  You can then select your desired shipping method and choose your payment method.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No you do not require an account to place an order on our website.  We provide you the opportunity to create an account to make it easier for future purchases, check your previous orders and hear about our specials, sales and new products first.
WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES?

WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
We stand by the The Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) of New Zealand. Returns or exchanges of unopened goods will be assessed on a case by case basis and may include a refund, exchange or store credit. Please contact us first before returning any products as we will need to issue you with a returns receipt. Please note any returns must be unopened and undamaged and must be no more than 28 days from date of purchase to be considered.
